Important Deadlines: Application to Graduate

Saturday, February 26, 2022: Application to graduate available in Axess.
Friday, April 8, 2022 (5:00 p.m. PT): Application to graduate deadline.
Applications received after deadline will be assessed a $50 late fee.
Friday, May 27, 2022 (5:00 p.m. PT): Late application to graduate deadline
No applications will be accepted after this date.
Graduation Application Instructions

Cap & Gown

Monday, March 7 – Cap & Gown ordering website goes “Live”
Wednesday, April 13 – In-store Grad Fair from 3-6 p.m. & custom regalia/class ring ordering deadline (to have in time for commencement)
Monday, April 25 – Student/Faculty online cap & gown pre-order deadline
Monday, May 16 – Last day for students to order for home delivery ($12.95 shipping)
Friday, May 27 – Last day for students to order for home delivery with RUSH delivery ($19.95 shipping)
Tuesday, May 31 – Pre-order cap & gown distribution begins (Stanford Bookstore lower level)
Thursday, June 2 – Open stock distribution begins (Stanford Bookstore lower level)
