Sarah Cobey, "Pathogen diversity and the immunological niche"

Sarah Cobey is Assistant Professor of Ecology and Evolution at the University of Chicago.  The Cobey Lab aims to advance theory in ecology and evolution by studying host-pathogen systems. They use mathematical and computational models to test hypotheses, ultimately to understand how the host adaptive immune response coevolves with pathogens, especially in ways relevant to vaccine design.
