Deborah Gordon receives Quest Award from Animal Behavior Society

Stanford University Profesor of Biology, Deborah Gordon has won the 2020 Quest Award from the Animal Behavior Society. This Award is for "outstanding seminal contributions" to the field and included the following text:  “She is internationally renowned for her research showing how collective behavior in ants arises from interactions among individuals in the absence of central control… Simply put, she is a creative giant in the field.”
