Biology Room Reservations

Please note: Gilbert and Bass conference rooms are for use by Department of Biology faculty, staff and students only.  Reservations for Registrar-managed rooms will be processed only for members of the Department of Biology.

Gilbert Conference Rooms

  • Gilbert 115, Gilbert 117, and the Biology Undergraduate Garage:  Please use the Biology conference room request form to request a reservation for Gilbert 115, Gilbert 117, and the Biology Undergraduate Garage.  These requests will be processed by Victoria Longino .  Only requests from members of the Department of Biology will be processed. Kindly note that successive meetings display as a single "busy" block. Calendar availability does not constitute a guarantee of space. Your request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Victoria Longino.
  • Gilbert 234, 334, and 434 Conference Rooms:  Department faculty, administrators, postdocs and graduate students have permission to schedule events on Gilbert 234, 334 and 434 Outlook resource calendars. Please see Gilbert and Bass conference room calendar information.

Bass Biology Building Conference and Lactation Rooms

  • Bass Biology 122 and Bass Biology Courtyard: Please use the Biology conference room request form to request a reservation for Bass Biology 122 and the Bass Biology Courtyard.  These requests will be processed by Victoria Longino.  Only requests from members of the Department of Biology will be processed. Your request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Victoria Longino. Please contact Victoria Longino with any questions you may have. 
  • Other Bass Biology Conference Rooms and Lactation Rooms: Department faculty, administrators, postdocs and graduate students have permission to schedule events on all other Bass Biology Outlook resource calendars. Please see Bass and Gilbert conference room calendar information.

Registrar-Managed Rooms

Please use the Biology registrar-managed room request form to request a reservation for non-Sapp Center rooms managed by the Registrar's Office. These requests will be processed by Victoria Longino. Only requests from members of the Department of Biology will be processed. Please contact Victoria Longino with any questions you may have.
